Art of Westminster Abbey and St Paul's Cathedral
Presented by Nick Salmond

Synopsis:
In this lecture, we explore the works of art that are held in the great London churches of Westminster Abbey and St Paul's Cathedral. The buildings are known for their important roles in the religious life of the country. What is less well-known is the story of the many works of art that are held within the churches. We explore both churches and look in detail at some of the many items on display, from medieval paintings to 21st-century video presentations.
